Activities

The Ministry of Communications is guided in its activities by the Constitution, laws, acts and decrees of the Council of Ministers, international treaties and other state legal acts, as well as the Provisional Regulations on the Ministry of Communications. It operates in conjunction with other bodies of executive power, local authorities, public associations and other organizations of the People's Republic of Donetsk.

The Ministry of Communications serves as the postal administration shall serve as the communications administrations in the implementation of international activities in the field of communication, and also has administrative rights in the implementation of international activities in the field of computer telecommunications.

The Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of Donetsk coordinates and controls the activities of state enterprises under its supervision.

Ministry of Communications carries out functions on realization of state policy, licensing, licensing system, legal regulation and state control in the following areas:

• telecommunications, use ~ existing and / or other new technologies
• exclusive sphere of allocation and management of public resources due;
• the field of information technology and the state of economic sectors (including information technology interaction with public authorities, formation of state information resources and their work);
• the postal service;
• the sphere of computer information networks;
• sphere of formation of structure of the digital government;
• the field of the processing of personal data;
• the field of technology creation and management process of issuing and use of digital (electronic) signatures for business entities and government bodies.
